If I could give it a “0” I would. I went in today to open an account for my 7 and 8 year old. They were excited to have their first checking account. 3 women working, not 1 customer in the building and after waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes, as the women were sitting on their desk gossiping, I was told they have appointments coming in and weren’t available!
