They only had 3 banking specialists and 2 of them called off. I had an appointment with one of them, but since he called off, I wasted my time going all the way out there. I’d recommend notifying those who made online appointments and having a more systematic way of contacting other nearby banks for accommodating customers. The bank teller was very helpful and compassionate. She made an effort to help us.
Tracey is the most helpful person! She was attentive and kind. Even with such a busy location - she was determined to make sure I was taken care of when I asked her if she could help me out on such short notice.
Not friendly people.They are aggressive.
