Friendly and helpful service
The reviews look bad but this is a redesigned branch. You need to not expect traditional tellers here. We went to deposit a hand written check and had no issues. Workers were a little chatty though. Some like that.
Don't waste your time going there nothing but an ATM machine anymore
I left work early to exchange smaller bills for larger bills. I got here at 4:55 two guys locked the door and would not let me in. They yelled they were closed while walking around the lobby. They walked to the door and yelled through the window at me. Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm really glad this is not my local branch. Or I would drop my 2 business accounts and my personal account.
