I see exactly why the low rating. I walked in. No one even looked at me or said hi. I stood for around 10 minutes surprised to need even get so much as a wave. Every other branch I've been to in the city is pleasant. I would recommend avoiding this location if you enjoy good customer service.

I spent more than a hour with the very patient and helpful Marlene yesterday. She spent the time needed to address my complicated problem and patiently helped me resolve it. It was excellent customer service and I 100% recommend her.
I tried getting help to verify the bank routing number today. The one I was given by one of their clients was not working. I was told to google for the information. Chase has more that 1 routing number. I wanted to make sure the person I was paying got the money in the right bank account. Frustrating!!!
I was wondering why the reviews were so bad, but now I know why. The bankers are very bad and lazy. I was waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and there were empty bankers on their phones not working. Even asked if they could help but they said no and told me to wait. Very bad service. Don’t come here, it’s not even worth it. Just go to a different branch.
