Went to this location to cash a check I received from Spirit airlines and issued from Chase. The CSR stated that she couldn't help me with the check. Went to another Chase location with a more positive and upbeat staff. Had no issues getting it cashed there.

Natalie and ALL the members of the Delafield branch are amazing! We went to get help with our account and she went above and beyond! We had stopped at the Oconomowoc branch first and they were awful! Called Delafield right away and the Manager said immediately come on in and we will help!! And they did!!! Definitely recommend this branch. THANK YOU!!!
Walked in today (02/05/24) around 4:05-4:15pm. Brought in money that was in plastic bags and kept in a safe. Dianne grabbed them at first and brought her manager. They then told me they couldn’t take them because they smelled moldy. I had no idea as i had stored the money in an airtight safe. Dianne then made a big embarrassing scene in front of the whole lobby about how bad the bills smelled all of the sudden. This chase bank location doesn’t follow any type of Standard operating procedures. Every time there is a different teller the process changes. With this size of a company you would like to think they would have systems in place to scale client experiance.
