I have been a long time chase customer and today I had an experience with a very rude and incompetent teller..usually my experiences have been on the positive side. However, today I went in to get help with a international wire transfer. I looked it up line and the instructions said thati can do it online or go into any one of the branches and they will gladly help me. LOVE this branch! The staff is always helpful.
Went to this location to cash a check I received from Spirit airlines and issued from Chase. The CSR stated that she couldn't help me with the check. Went to another Chase location with a more positive and upbeat staff. Had no issues getting it cashed there.

Natalie and ALL the members of the Delafield branch are amazing! We went to get help with our account and she went above and beyond! We had stopped at the Oconomowoc branch first and they were awful! Called Delafield right away and the Manager said immediately come on in and we will help!! And they did!!! Definitely recommend this branch. THANK YOU!!!
