Horrible customer service. Tried to cash a check, some teller with glasses and straight hair gave my husband an attitude and was quite rude for no reason. She wouldn’t even cash it for us and honestly didn’t even want to help us. Had to go to different location. They were able to cash it for us no problem. Will never come here again.
Since I was out of state, I attempted to call this branch (and another location close by) two to four times per day EVERY business day this week so I could put in an order to convert USD to Euros for an upcoming vacation. NOT A SINGLE TIME DID ANYONE ANSWER OR RETURN MY VOICEMAIL!!! I choose to keep my money within this institution, and they are too lazy to pick up or return multiple calls over an entire business week? Absolute joke of a branch and the manager should be embarrassed with the service they provide.
Poor customer service - Today the chase ATM wouldn't issue the funds because the slot wouldn't open. I go inside and 3 ignorant employees gave the wrong information with no empathy. Fyi you can't call a bank your accounts not tied to so they can do a dispute. Instead of spinning around in a circle in your chair or joking around. When a customer comes in he should be approached immediately for help only 1 person at the first desk to the right help while on the phone helping another customer.
