Walked in at 4:20PM on a Wednesday to open an account and Brenda Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with! She did a great job helping us set it up and walk us through the features of the app. She ended up staying ~20 min after close to finish helping us. Really happy with our experience and will be back!
Small but full service branch with good customer service and friendly staff. Somewhat confusing to access if not coming directly from Bandera with plenty of parking.

Easy access from busy Bandera Hwy. Pulled up at 1:55 pm on Saturday (March 21, 2026)—they close at 2 pm, so timed it perfectly. Needed $100 in one-dollar bills from the ATM. Guard wasn't sure if the machine dispensed ones, but the desk lady confirmed it does. Used my business debit card—quick and smooth withdrawal. Plenty of open parking, including the front "EV preferred" spots (they don't charge, just seem reserved for electric vehicles, but I parked there anyway with my 23 Chase accounts—feels fair game as a loyal custome... read more
