Staff is so poorly under trained with dealing with customers
The manager of this bank is a racist ... you have to read more about the policy of your own bank and if you don't have empathy in your life ... because you work in customer service! ✌🏼
Great customer service, nice physical location as well.
I was trying to take out $300 in small bills but forgot my ID. So I went to the atm, took out the cash in larger bills and went to the teller to exchange for singles. “We can only exchange up to $100 without ID”. What the heck is that?! I drove ten minutes each way for that. Absurdity.
Lina is wonderful! She was very helpful and patience. She helped my mom with her banking and explained everything to her. Such a wonderful young lady.
