We had an appointment with Natasha today and she is simple the best! She went above and beyond helping my daughter open her high School checking account. I appreciated her kindness, patience and her willingness to share her knowledge and help my daughter think of her financial future.

I regret switching account to Chase. The holds on new fund deposits are excessively long. Calling to request funds be made available doesn't help. No one described how long the funds aren't available. When switching my business accounts, the funds were taken from my bank but held at chase for more than 10 business days and the teller deposited them in the wrong account.
