Went in Friday 1/24 after work to open a savings account. The guy was no help at all. He told me I couldn’t open an account because I had a “secured” account. I said I have no idea what that means in hopes that he would explain. He did not. He just proceeded to print out a paper letting me know they were unable to take care of my request as if telling me wasn’t good enough.
