UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS WERE SUBMITTED TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. ALTHOUGH THE BANK RETURNED THEM I WAS STILL CHARGED THE RETURN FEE OF $72 DOLLARS. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER AND ADVISED THEM THAT I HAD NOT AUTHORIZED THIS REQUEST TO BLOCK THE AGENCY THAT WAS DOING THIS. I WAS ADVISED IT WAS HARD TO REMOVE THE RETURN CHECK FEE (WHAT, WHY?)
