Today, my father, an elderly foreigner, was treated poorly and discriminated against by Mrs. Blanca Jurado at Chase Bank. When attempting to open an account, she asked for a mailing address, and despite him providing several valid options, she rudely and without justification insisted they were not acceptable. Came by today to get change for the business I manage. I always use the business lane in the drive thru. Been here multiple times to do this and have experienced no problems. Today for some reason, I was told I wouldn’t be given service through the drive thru because I’m not the “account holder.” I understand policy, and it’s not that it was that big of a deal.
