Staff are very helpful and patient, and they take whatever time is necessary to assist with issues. Special shout-out to Seirra for her recent assistance!
Their ATM machines are always broken. It's either the walk-up machine or the drive-through machine that's broken. They're NEVER both working!!! That's just 1 of the many issues from this awful bank. The rude ass tellers inside are impossible to deal with! I ended up shutting down my account and moved my business elsewhere. I do NOT miss the hassle I always dealt with here!!!
Randomly have had over $600 come out of my account. Talked to multiple different people about what is happening and they’ve all told me different things. I was told I was going to be receiving a call back and they never called me back. I’ve tried calling multiple and no answer.
Worst bank in existence(as a whole, not branch). Atms are regularly down, won’t take cash when you have cash, won’t take specific styles of bills usually new fives, won’t accept deposits ect. The ATMs may be 24hrs, but if you deposit after 1030, they count that as the next day, so if it’s Friday they will hold your check for till Tuesday. Once the check goes into the atm, there is no option to cancel or return said check.
