Always busy and atms are broken.
Like many things these days....Chase and their phoney phone number for this branch give a client the total runaround. They call you...leave messages...you worry cause you don't know why they are calling. Good luck with that. All you do ia spin off into a call center...who asks you stupid unrelated questions like what is the zip code of the branch. These folks are clueless. I have four accounts with them. 2 business and two personal. I work as an independent contractor, so I am sometimes asked to fill out electronic payment deposit authorizations. You know which jobs do to pay people direct deposit!!!! Which is authorizing a company to pay me via deposit. SIMPLE RIGHT?? Wrong, this bank made it seem like I was committing fraud. All I needed was a contact person at this bank.
