DO NOT go to Chase Bank in Westwood if you are a Power of Attorney for a loved one. I was the POA for my mom at this bank. My sister went in, trying to take my mother's money and tricked my mom into signing a POA for her at this bank. My mother has dementia. My sister also tried to change my mother's Zelle and email to her account. The manager spoke to my mother and I in a very abusive manner which further confused and upset my 85 year old mother with dementia. The system is down so they can't do anything for you. I tried to call to check to see if or when the system will be back up. The automated answering just hangs up on you after it rings a few times. Thankfully is in not my personal bank. If I were a customer I would consider switching banks.
Small branch but good staff. They used to have coffee years ago 😕
Hopefully a district manager sees this. I’ve called this store 7 times in two days and cannot get a hold of anyone!!! So you guys even have a phone? Wake up!
