The system is down so they can't do anything for you. I tried to call to check to see if or when the system will be back up. The automated answering just hangs up on you after it rings a few times. Thankfully is in not my personal bank. If I were a customer I would consider switching banks.
Small branch but good staff. They used to have coffee years ago 😕

I have been working with chase for more than 13 years. I have a business account. I stopped by on Friday, February 20, around 2:30 pm. I had a small item to be notarized. Twp tellers were helping with customers, one guy was in the office alone, one lady in another office helping a customer. One of the teller said to me "she would be with me in a minute ".
