Worst customer service ever. Employees are so rude.
Don’t get me wrong I Love Chase I’ve been with them for almost 5yrs, but I have 2 major Issues with my location! 1st only 1 yes 1 Handicap parking spot it’s Directly blocked by the Drive through lanes & even worse if the single ATM is being filled it’s Impossible to get out of that spot especially in Knightmare my truck (due to this visit I was late for a Dr apt). The 2nd is the doors aren’t Handicapped accessible if 1 if my boys aren’t with me & nobody’s around I can’t get in. I unfortunately can’t get what I need through t... read more
