I had a great experience here doing a name change, switching an account, and opening a credit card. Elizabeth was patient, quick, helpful, organized, and very sweet throughout the process. Office was also very clean.
This was the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Elizabeth was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I had been waiting patiently to be helped, but she chose to assist several people who arrived after me — clearly ignoring me on purpose. When I finally spoke up, her attitude became even worse, and some of her comments were blatantly racist and offensive.
