This was the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Elizabeth was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I had been waiting patiently to be helped, but she chose to assist several people who arrived after me — clearly ignoring me on purpose. When I finally spoke up, her attitude became even worse, and some of her comments were blatantly racist and offensive. I visited twice in this branch to open an account but no one listens to me
I believe Reviews are important and an informative way to assist individuals in making suitable and informed decisions that can impact their daily life. Customer support is minimal. I receive a more welcoming, problem solving response with good results from Super Market Clerks. They provided nothing more than Basic answers, offering no other alternative options to assist clients in need of assistance.
Had a super bad experience with this bank. Never seen a customer. support like this. My account got blocked and went to this branch to unlock it. Simple task, but they are not even doing that. Please go to a different bank/branch.
