The branch manager Vanessa introduced herself to me, was extremely professional, and helped me right away. Amber also had fantastic customer service. Probably the best chase I’ve been to thus far
I dread making deposits here as Bianca was very rude and brushed off handling constructive conflict resolution. Other staff was more helpful but have had many reoccurring issues with this bank that were not investigated in a helpful or kind manner.
The walk-up ATM keeps bankers hours, so go to the back and to the drive-through ATM.
Horrible service
The card reader to get inside the lobby to use the ATM does not work and has been broken for at least a few weeks! No exterior ATM either.
