It's crazy how bad Chase's Bank reviews are I've looked at a couple different Chase locations and all of them have very bad reviews I'm surprised that this bank is able to stay in business to be honest with you I'm also surprised that in 2025 a bank still needs to hold a customer's money for 7 days after they've received a check it seems very old and outdated to me I can't imagine why it would still take a 7-Day hold for a check to clear when a check clears within two or three business days at a maximum I don't understand yo... read more

The absolute worst customer service bar none. They dint care about you rest assured of that
The general manager was a great help and gave us a courtesy call before we went to go speak to our appointment David. He was also a great help and helped us with what we needed to get done for that day. Definitely go back for good services. Very nice staff as well thank you guys very much for the help and support!
