Congenial bank
Chase on a whole is great for money market accounts, credit cards, and checking. But this branch is so mismanaged I will gladly drive out of my way to avoid their sloppy banking habits.
I came into the branch with issues with my account. Spoke with a teller named Sarah and she was so professional and kind. She fixed my issues with in mins!! If I could give her 10 stars I would.
I had to come in to set up a checking account for my business which is definitely a little more time consuming than a traditional bank account. Simon called ahead of time and emailed me to ensure I had the exact documents needed. I was able to send them to him ahead of time and when I got to the bank he had everything ready. It was seamless and I highly recommend working with Simon for your banking needs.
