I don't have much experience at this location. It was my first time visiting and the teller, Javarne, pleasantly greeted me immediately. He was very attentive and helpful, and even went the extra mile to show me how to navigate through the Chase Mobile app. I really appreciate Javarne's dedication to customer service.
I wish that I could give 0 star. It’s the worst Chase branch ever. I walked in to open landlord tenant account on 11/4/24. They asked 1 document at a time for multiple times. I provided whatever they asked for right away. I was told that everything was good to go yesterday. I walked in and waited for 3 hours in this branch. I was told that they couldn’t open the account. I have tried opening a security deposit twice now at this branch and both times they have been a horrible experience. I wouldn’t use this branch for anything but their atm
