1) charging $10 to cash a $500 check (non-customer) is nonsense 2) Joyce, the teller was so RUDE. Rude when I walked up, rude during the transaction and rude at the completion. When she informed me that there "may be a $10 fee" I responded with "whelp, that's some bs, but it is what it is" (in a light hearted, joking way).
