I went to this location on Wednesday, February 19 to make a deposit and asked what is the protocol for something to be notarized and if I would need an appointment. I was told I did not need an appointment just come in. Make sure you I had valid ID, and I did not need an appointment, today, February 21. I called at 12 o’clock and asked if I can come down and have something notarized that I would be down there between 1 PM and 2 PM. I was told sure come on in we’re here. I sat at the window waiting to be taken care of for 10 minutes. While at the window the staff have their backs to you. No one even turns around to see if there were any cars at the window. I drove away and went to Sparta. The only I reason I even go there is for work. I will now continue to go to the Sparta office even though Franklin is more convenient.

Every time I’ve ever been in there, they’ve always been very helpful. The prior negative reviews were people who have never done Customer Service before. It’s a very skilled and difficult job. I appreciate the workers help every time I go there
