A story of two chapters: Chapter two. A costumer walk into a chase branch 15min before closing with little hope in his heart. Hurt from past experience in the town center location he expects the worst outcome. Surprisingly, he is directed immediately to the banker office. The banker looks at the expired card and tell the costomer.. "let's look at our system and see your eligibility." and than.. Worst bank in the history of man. They involuntarily closed my mother's account while she was in the hospital. They refused to accept a valid power of attorney. They bounced her checks stating there must be fraud. After personally speaking with me and my mom, they could find no fraud but they still held on to her account funds and cut off her access. Then they bounced her retirement plan deposit. They are horrible people and an organization with which you should never do business.
