We use the 2920 location for our business. Half the time everyone is very nice, the other half we're talked to like we're an inconvenience. We're doing our best to come when it's not busy for the bank, but they treat us like helping a business over in the business line is the biggest inconvenience of their day. We're looking into other banks since they obviously don't want our account.

I visited the FM 2920 location, stressed while visiting from abroad. As I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from Ms Rachel. I needed assistance in activating my card and she was kind and patient. On another visit, I needed to do a cash withdrawal and requested some envelopes, checkbook registers, and a card sleeve for my bank card; Ms Sunshine assisted me without complaint. Thank you to both ladies!
