Friendly employees and very quick
I opened my account at this branch, and the experience was very positive. The staff explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. Great customer service. Thank you!
Bad customer service
We use the 2920 location for our business. Half the time everyone is very nice, the other half we're talked to like we're an inconvenience. We're doing our best to come when it's not busy for the bank, but they treat us like helping a business over in the business line is the biggest inconvenience of their day. We're looking into other banks since they obviously don't want our account.
