I walked in this branch office today to deposit some cash had mold damage. The bank associate didn’t even look at the bills and told me to call Chase support line to let them send me an envelope so I send the damaged bills for destroying and after that I’ll be credited on the amount of money I sent. Following that instructions I called Chase support line and asked them about the envelope, they were very surprised and told me that branch can take care about it themselves. Horrible branch. No one is actually willing to help and every time I’ve gone in person it’s been constant confusion and miscommunication on the banks end. Today I called and was told to come into the branch to open a checking for my step daughter. We arrive 7 mins after I call and are told they can’t open the account because they close in 30 mins. This branch honestly needs to just be terminated and either closed down or completely staffed. I will be withdrawing all of my money from Chase and moving to a different institutio... read more
