Walking into this location was like being in the movie mean girls. The ‘door guy” with the tablet acted as if he was auditioning for that movie. Sass and attitude was on full display. He either needs to work on his customer service skills or apply at the restaurant in Chicago where you can be rude and have attitude.
Chase/JP Morgan is too big to care. The bureaucracy at the country’s largest bank is as bad as Congress.
