This bank is very professional and personable. I needed a number of bills that were crisp and new(er) for a gag Christmas present. The counter person took extra time to help me find bills in the best condition that would work for me. I appreciate that personal touch.
This bank is a joke. They still ask you to send paperwork by fax or mail. Someone needs to tell them that e-mails were invented a couple of decades ago.
The ATM is consistently down. This branch services a lot of people in this area, I don't know why they don't bother to fix it. Just go to the 711 next door.
The atm at this branch is constantly down. I’m getting tired of having to go way out of my way to drive to another branch. It’s ridiculous that I can’t access my account at my own branch.
This branch has this problem for couple months after depositing money every single time. And the best part of it is that they still have the same problem, you need to waste 30 minutes because stupid customers keep calling for assistance at the atm and there is a line of 6 cars waiting to withdraw and deposit money, btw chase is worth 456 billion and they can’t replace an atm for hundreds of customers that come in to do business, time for a new bank.
