Whats the point of allowing customers to be able to use the atm inside when you cant open the door with my debit card like the the door instructs to
I am always treated with kindness and respect. I could not ask for anything more every time I enter the branch. I do sometimes have a problem with the AI phone program but nothing that I can't resolve with the branch. I have mobility issues and the staff will bring a computer to me rather than ask me to walk to a desk. I can't say enough about the staff at this branch!
Unprofessional and rude Bank teller
This location needs to have better customer service. At this branch customer can’t withdraw their money, cashier agent are saying that we have to submit a request 2 week in advance if they want to withdraw their money. Cashier agent are to properly trained neither. I came to get a check book and they are saying that they can only give me 1 check book which will have only 80 pages (which means only 80 checks)
