I am a private banking client in NYC, called them to have some document linked to my account verified since I was a resident here for one year, was "welcomed" by an absolutely unhelpful and rude person over the phone, and decided not to waste my time with this branch any longer.

Excellent service. In this branch, the employees have the knowledge of each product the chase is offering. Very friendly environment. The manager Joe is very patient, efficient and know all areas.
