Shahida was very helpful.
The worst experience in the world. I went to cash a check—which, logically, was drawn on Chase—and the elderly man who assisted me asked a thousand questions. He seemed uncomfortable, as if he didn't want to do it; he even started asking me questions that really had nothing to do with customer service. It was truly a super uncomfortable experience. I will never go back. They really ought to hire staff with professionalism and charisma.
Everyone at this location is very kind and very helpful. I opened an account with Shahpara, and she was very easy to talk to - best banking experience I've had in a while. When I was later locked out of my account, Ayesha (and another staff member whose name I unfortunately did not get) were very reassuring and patient, even when I had a complicated situation to resolve. I'm still not sure how banking with Chase is on the whole, but the client service here is excellent.
