Excellent service. In this branch, the employees have the knowledge of each product the chase is offering. Very friendly environment. The manager Joe is very patient, efficient and know all areas. The staff here is the worst. Every transaction done with the folks in this branch is unpleasant - deposits, withdrawals, foreign currency, you name it. They don't listen, so it requires extra time and frustration to actually get what was requested in the first place. We drive to the Chase Bank on 206 specifically not to have to deal with the people in this branch.
