I had prior bad experiences with chase bank and was expecting the same at this location, however the team here was very friendly and accommodating on Nov 17, 2025.
I went a couple of time and told me to go another branch for a service they can do it. It’s not up to Chase consumer service standards. Chase should close this branch since it’s not serving the consumers around it.
