My bank for the last 20 years,customer representatives are friendly helpful, and professional
Visited this branch with an urgent matter due to a compromised account. The teller at the desk said the best should do is give me an appointment with a banker 3 days later. She was extremely rude and made me feel like my problem did not matter. Worst bank experience I ever had. I advise anyone to avoid this branch
Bad service and getting worse by the minute. Waited at the drive thru for close to 20 minutes. Will try BOA to see if they're better.
