I recently opened a business account with Chase and had an excellent experience. Karyna Dziuba was very nice, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. There was also another team member assisting during the appointment — unfortunately I don’t remember his name — but he was sitting with us throughout the process, making sure everything went smoothly. He was super professional, friendly, and very informative. They both provided outstanding customer service.
Love the chase workers
One of my preferred frontline banks for the basics. ATMs all over the place. Most things can be done online, but it's nice to have access to physical locations when needed. Service here has always been at least reasonable
$8,018.00 to be stolen out of my checking account. The branch manager tried to help but now ignores me with no regard. I’m elderly. There is an official police report. There is a law suit being developed. This Chase Bank Ignacio Ca represents embecile people locally and awful people on the corporate people. They allowed $8K to be stolen from a tax paying law abiding American citizen who has done nothing wrong.
