The JP MORGAN CHASE Cafe 10 South Dearborn Chicago (Urban Market) May LOOK appealing, the food may or may NOT be pleasing to one's palate, Yet the dynamic of the "so called" management team, is questionable. I called the bank to inquire about foreign currency exchange. The lady who answered my call from this branch was sarcastic during the whole conversation and not helpful and understanding at all. This is not acceptable for any company that provides services, let alone such a big company like Chase
Worst service not even tried to call no one will answer go banking somewhere else
