I went in looking to open a bank account and I got assisted beyond my expectations. Usually you can tell when someone just works for the corporation and then there is those who actually have the goal of helping the customer. The associate banker Vada Williams at the Chase Tower helped me open a bank account quick and easy and gave me guidance on opening a savings account. I recently opened a business account with Chase and had an excellent experience. Karyna Dziuba was very nice, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. There was also another team member assisting during the appointment — unfortunately I don’t remember his name — but he was sitting with us throughout the process, making sure everything went smoothly. He was super professional, friendly, and very informative. They both provided outstanding customer service.
