Juan did a fantastic job helping us resolve an issue with our accounts. Very patient on a complicated issue, sat on customer service with us, and was able to resolve all of our issues. Incredible support, very rare nowadays and much appreciated
Their 24h ATM can’t be accessed even though it shows green after I tap on there, the accessibility button doesn’t work either. I could hear the door handle click but the door seems to be locked at the bottom from the inside
