Very poor bank deposited a check got lies about how long it's going to take to clear and now they are refusing to give me my funds. Will be closing my account out as soon as possible do not go here management is not any help
Sylvia was so helpful. Chase 888 phone customer service is a joke. Anyway, I was able to get cash without a pin number with Sylvia‘s help. Nice branch, kind of busy. The branch in Kingman is even worse. A man told me.
I've been banking with Chase for years. I never need to go in cuz everything can be done online and on my phone so I really appreciate it. And when I did go into the bank to open up my account it was easy.
There’s one teller name Julie that gives me so much trouble every time I go in. I try to avoid going to this bank
