I have done business with Chase for over 20 years. They gave me an offer of $1200 cash back if I spent 6K in months. I spent it in 3.5 months - now they tell me the offer was for 3 months - not 6. WHAT A RIPOFF!!! They stole $1200 from me. Then when I called them - their customer service people hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

The ATM at this location is down more than it is working. It has been unable to consistently do cash deposits for over a month now, and is frequently unable to dispense cash. I, personally, have reported it a number of times and the drive up teller informs me that she "keeps telling them". Unfortunately there is no way to know this information before driving the 25+ miles from Waupaca, as they have closed that branch.
