"I had a very frustrating experience here due to a disorganized and unprofessional receptionist. We arrived at 12:10 PM, carrying our child’s passport. Despite the promotional material we received at home never mentioning a requirement for two forms of ID, we were told we needed a second one and asked for school ID. Bindiya went out of her way to help with my 85year old mother.
I was in drive thru first , but the teller decided to do another person in the other drive thru before me. . Bad customer service and experience. I want come back to this bank
Nobody answered the phone.
I been using this locations for 9-10 years and it was very good / excellent. But lately become very bad . To do simple deposit it takes 20 to 30 min . They said they short on workers but I do not see any sign that they are hiring . If you short on workers they hire more workers.
