"I had a very frustrating experience here due to a disorganized and unprofessional receptionist. We arrived at 12:10 PM, carrying our child’s passport. Despite the promotional material we received at home never mentioning a requirement for two forms of ID, we were told we needed a second one and asked for school ID. I was in drive thru first , but the teller decided to do another person in the other drive thru before me. . Bad customer service and experience. I want come back to this bank
