Worst customer care . Slow drive thru and disrespectful. Never visit again this location
Was 4 hours away from home moving into our new apartment and walked in and was welcomed and treated like a longtime member. I was greeted and treated well by both Brenda and Maria who assisted me with two cashier's checks that our apartment's office required. Will be coming by in the future to set up more accounts.
Danielle Sarao our banker has been very helpful. Chase’s technology is the best of the big four banks. We’ve been banking with Chase for personal and business for seven years. Very happy.
I went into the branch for a quick notary service and waited for a Chase representative to assist us. There were a few staff members standing around and probably two customers in the lobby. The notary came over and asked us what we needed, and we explained we needed a notary for three signatures. She took our paperwork and left, then came back a few moments later to let us know she didn't have time to notarize three signatures—she only had time for two signatures.
