Horrible experience! Sumana Posa refused to help me. I only needed a document notarized. She was very rude and I asked management to step in and they “said” they would file a complaint against her. She needs to be in a job that doesn’t involve the public! Unacceptable behavior !

Cashier is a dimwit and doesn't ask for ID or driver's license or count money before putting in the envelope. My money is insured and they watch everything by Camera remotely. The other bank off 423 does it right. There was a young man that location on 380 by Kroger helped me but not sure if he was an employee because you usually have to have an appointment? I love Chase Bank do it right. Love and blessings to all employees doing their jobs.
Today, 2/8/25, I visited the Chase Bank at 380 and 423, to cash a check that I thought I would have issues cashing. I was blessed to get cashier, Alexandra A. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to solve my perceived problem. Yes, she did cash my check. She appeared to be proud of her work and had a have a good base to be a candidate to advance further in her banking career!! Chase should be very proud to have this type of person at this location. Definitely an advancement candidate.
