Was turned away at 4:55pm. Saying they don’t have time today… During business hours…. Great customer service. Terrible Branch.
Needed some documentation from Chase and met with Cleo/Tray today. He was super helpful and friendly. I had already reached out to Chase customer care for this documentation a couple weeks ago but they never sent me what they promised to send. Cleo on the other hand dug deeper and found out why the documents were not showing up and made sure I went out with the documents. He did not even hesitate to stay back for a few minutes after closing time to ensure my issue was resolved - really appreciate his efforts. Thanks, Cleo!
Chase bank service never disappoints and the great experience remain the same with Mr. Paul, An amazing banker who helped my high schooler open his first account. This highly rating is for him due to his patience and the amount of time he spent explaining my son on the financial planning, saving and effective usage of money. I was completely stunned by his extraordinary service and helping a teen understand the financial planning. Appreciate the time and thank you.
