I had a wonderful experience at this Chase branch. Sumana assisted me in opening an account for my kids and kindly explained all the details, helping me choose the best option for our needs. I’ll definitely return to this branch if I need to open another account in the future.

Well apparently Chase has enough money and accounts I arrived at 10:00 a.m. and was told I had to make an appointment for 3:30pm to open up a checking account. I never heard of such nonsense in my life, that's fine I'll take my money elsewhere to a bank that will appreciate it.
Have the worse experience dealing with Amber today. It was so hard to closed my account. First they needed second form of ID I got her that, then she said the second ID was not good because they just closed my account. I when to the car to get a third form of ID. They just treated me like criminal even though I was given them all kind of identification. Horrible!
