Negatively Charged Staff: Wish I could give this branch negative -2 but Google doesn't allow it. I encountered 2 folks who are supposedly in Service Profession like Bank. I went there to get couple of my docs notarized and did walk-in. Someone checked on my need after 15 mins wait, only to tell me that they can do only specific Docs (PoAs) notarized and other docs can't be notarized.
