We got to this bank branch 30 minutes before they closed, i told them i needed to open a checking account and i was told they wont be serving us today. I asked why not, they told me other people were there with appointments, i asked if an appointment was required to get a bank account opened, i was told "No, appointments are not required" I said great, i'm here to open a checking account.
