Very bad customer service. Wesley yelled stupidly at me and when I yelled back he called the cops and says I was being disrespectful. Useless bank with very rude staff.

I just returned to Chase as a new customer from having an account that I closed in 2020. They are awesome at customer service in Brownsburg, believe it or not. 1. Resolved some issues lingering since 2020 efficiently and red-tape-lessly. 2. Helped me identify a valid warning on my TransUnion credit and put that to rest. 3. Effortlessly plus generously helped me negotiate a new checking account which included handling cash with living human tellers. *Billy Burnell, thanks for helping me resolve things today!
