I just returned to Chase as a new customer from having an account that I closed in 2020. They are awesome at customer service in Brownsburg, believe it or not. 1. Resolved some issues lingering since 2020 efficiently and red-tape-lessly. 2. Helped me identify a valid warning on my TransUnion credit and put that to rest. 3. Effortlessly plus generously helped me negotiate a new checking account which included handling cash with living human tellers. *Billy Burnell, thanks for helping me resolve things today!
This location handles no cash. Why don't they somehow indicate that in their name since Chase Bank is so well known as a full service institution? This is a reason why I bank local and dumped the big nationals.
Gallory was super kind, positive, and resolved all of my concerns. She was so helpful and efficient. Loved her positivity. Sorry if I misspelled her name. She was amazing. The gentleman who greeted me was also nice!
