Refused to cash my (Chase) check and marked it endorsement cancelled. I had to get the check re-issued unnecessarily because people here didn’t know why they were doing. All I needed was an help opening an account in order to deposit this type of check, something the manager either didn’t know or didn’t want to tell me. After waiting for a new check, I went and saw manager at a different branch who explained needing an account and he helped me open one.
