Refused to cash my (Chase) check and marked it endorsement cancelled. I had to get the check re-issued unnecessarily because people here didn’t know why they were doing. All I needed was an help opening an account in order to deposit this type of check, something the manager either didn’t know or didn’t want to tell me. I had to deposit a check went through the drive-thru after hours easy peasy I didn't have to see anybody
I walked into this location to open a checking account around 3:30 and the lady at the front desk (Donna) said it would take about 30-45 minutes and they close at 5:00 so i wouldn’t be able to make an appointment today. First of all, this made no sense to me and second of all her attitude was horrible. She seemed so miserable and she was pretty much useless. I immediately walked out and she made Chase lose a customer. I’m really unsatisfied with the entire experience.
