Zorina and Alberto are a powerhouse team who are also extremely kind to the elderly.They have a way of communicating that is slow enough for my mom, while being very respectful at the same time.
Zorina and the staff at this branch are incredible. I needed assistance in linking accounts. Zorina was patient enough to tolerate my ignorance about the process. She was kind throughout the process. While the tellers did what they could, there was an increasing number of customers waiting behind me. Zorina took charge and took me to her office and was wonderful. Customer service is alive and well at this branch
Each time we've been to this location, they've been extremely nice and helpful. We just finished an appointment to setup multiple accounts for our daughter prior to her leaving for college with Yvonne. Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.
