I've been meaning to write this review for some time, but Elizabeth at this branch is truly an outstanding employee. Chase is VERY lucky to have her. She's knowledgeable, patient, professional and always kind to every guest. I seek her out when I go there....(but I have found all the employees here are really great). I vote that Elizabeth and her colleagues get a raise and praise. Thank you!
This place reminded me (again) why we don't bank at Chase and why we bank someplace else. I went in here to close out an account for a deceased relative for whom I am the beneficiary. I went in on this past Saturday. I was told it would take about an hour so I went out to run some other errands and when I came back, the clerk said that the information hadn't even been entered properly (which I am not so sure of). Chase takes 10 days to deal with an ATM that didnt process a deposit. Nasty people on top of that at the customer service number constantly cut me off while I am talking, then tells me I have to file a claim and that only the branch can deal with the ATM. Then tI call the branch and they tell me they don't service the machine and I have to wait up to 10 days. She didnt even seem or say sorry for the inconvenience when this is not a customer problem.This is the protocol, like a robot. I can get AI for that. They need to use a... read more
