Chase takes 10 days to deal with an ATM that didnt process a deposit. Nasty people on top of that at the customer service number constantly cut me off while I am talking, then tells me I have to file a claim and that only the branch can deal with the ATM. Then tI call the branch and they tell me they don't service the machine and I have to wait up to 10 days. Chase has "reimagined" banking and have taken away their tellers. Everything at this branch has to be done through an ATM. WHAT A TERRIBLE IDEA.
