Rosa and Eva were exceptionally helpful. This is the best branch in Tucson, with the best experiences I’ve had.
Call customer support. All they try to do is make me go on their app to fix problem myself or log in to their website. When I refuse they pass me to another department and the hold is 50 minutes. Chase Bank makes the DMV or Post Office look like Ritz-Carlton.

Like night and day compared to the other Chase branch I recently went to. Very nice. Very straight forward and informative. No beating around the bush. You know exactly what you have to do to resolve your issues. I might be changing my mind about Chase now because of the customer service here.
