1st time inside the Chase for a while making a deposit and was impressed with the workers wanting to make the experience better- they seemed to want to make sure you got in and taken care of and got out to your liking. Wish there were more businesses who really cared about the customer experience. Maybe this will be the start a new standard in the banking industry since they only make money if you chose them! With banks online and every corner it's looking pretty competitive!
Highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and super easy on line bamking.
