Date: 12/26/2025 I have been a customer of Chase Bank for many years, and today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I came to this branch at 12:00 PM to open an account for my child. We waited over 30 minutes without being assisted, even though the branch was almost empty and there were three employees working. When we asked for help, the employee who was supposed to assist us said we would need to wait an additional hour because she was going on her lunch break.
