I went into the branch today and service was great. I was greeted as I walked in and was assisted quickly with my transaction. Yanique was pleasant, and efficient.
I had excellent assistance redeeming my annuity which matured from Lillian who patiently guided me through the process. Thank you Chase Bank for having such wonderful employees!
