Professional & incredibly helpful. Mareek assisted me; I had an issue that needed to be resolved ASAP, my middle name on my United Chase CC statements had changed to “Radio” (?!) .. I booked a flight and my flight ticket reflected the MP United Chase card.. with the incorrect name!! Needless to say I needed to sort out a handful of issues. Mareek was patient; great service.
