Favorite bank ever
Jackie was so helpful in setting up my bank account!
No atms that doesn’t allows you to draw 1s, 10s , & 5s. Very disappointing as usual
Terrible customer service. Went into the bank to convert a high school account to a college account and it took over an hour because none of the "bankers" knew how to do it. Tried linking an account to avoid ridiculous $12 fee and of course no one knew how to do that either. Asked to see a manager who was of course too busy to speak with me. Promised a call back, which I did receive, AFTER HOURS, so I could not call back. Very clever. Chase in general is too big and takes advantage of customers and this branch in particular ... read more
