I really like this bank and it deserves 5 stars, but I gave it only 2 stars for one reason....occasional utter complete lack of acceptable customer service. However, I find that I have only experienced this with one particular employee by the name of Gertrude. If you ever are directed to speak or deal with this very rude woman, immediately ask for another employee to help you, you will have a much better day.
