I went to what i thought to be a nice and respectful establishment to get money out of my account to transfer into a different bank account at another bank on 07-16-2025 at 9:15am and after I completed my transaction three employees had a smart comment as I was leaving saying it must be "payday" implying something. these three ladies thought that they were better than everyone els because they "work at a bank" when in reality they are working a normal job just like everyone els regardless of job title. Anytime I have needed ANY Chase customer support, everyone I've spoken to has been knowledgeable and helpful. I bank almost exclusively online, but today I needed a branch, and what impressed me was the seamless interaction between different departments and levels. I spoke to probably five different people in the course of one day, in several departments, and each new person I spoke to was able to access the information that I gave to the other so that I wasn't telling the same story 15 times.
