People are very nice and friendly. They understand your needs and do things very effectively. Today I went to get a notary service for my document and everything went so smoothly. FYI: NO TD BANK Please. A week ago, I went to TD bank for the same notary service as notary in Chase was OOO. I sat in front of a guy in TD BANK for at least 15 minutes and finally he told me that he can NOT do this for me as my document need special notary. Really nice people, very professional! Helped me with a wire transfer & Im so glad I came to this branch! Im so sad they are closing on March 30, 2023. Hope to see these great people again real soon!
This Chase Branch in Elmwood Park, NJ is one of the worst branch, has unhelpful and lazy employees. I usually don't make comment or get upset, but it happened to me few times and I guess it's enough. I needed to notarized a single page, one guy told me wait about 10 minutes as soon as he finishes he'll take car of it, after waiting that long a lady came up and said they need to make an appointment and come back later. Avoid the hassle. The teller,Mohammed, and the manager are not qualified for their job. The teller didn't know how to activate a debit card and the called the manager whom didn't have a clue and just started making stupid assumptions. Chase should invest in training the personal at this branch. I went to one branch in Clifton and in 10mins my card was activated..
