Unfortunately this review is 5years overdue. Visited this branch on a lunch break. I am considered AA. The Asian who worked for Chase literally shut the door in my face without saying anything and lo ked the the door. There were 2 White ladies parked in the parking lot who witnessed this. They got out of their car and went to the door and this same Asian guy politely opened the door and welcomed them in. What a shame. Dont know if that person still works there b/c I never returned. Very nice staff
Worst customer service. Went to the drive thru and press the button for assistance and no one responded. It’s most likely that they are ignoring the customers. Came to the drive thru at 3:50 pm (5/05/2025) waited for 10 mins and no one acknowledged me. I will be closing my account with Chase I will take my money and business somewhere else.
Do not go to this bank! Slow! Sat for an hour and was not seen
