Great location,Great people I have been a customer of Bank One(Chase) for some time now,I find the bank employees to be very curteous and helpful to all the customers..and I like the free online banking the only problem I have is with the online banking program I find it very confusing to try and determine what is going on with my account and the fact that you can't delete old items from the account. I believe they should update this and make it more user friendly. PROS: Nice bank CONS: confusing online banking program
