Unprofessional and insensitive experience with Aracelis - 12/18/2025 at around 11:30am. I visited this Chase branch today with the intention of opening a personal checking account, but I left feeling deeply offended and uncomfortable. While inquiring about documentation, I was point-blank asked by a banker named Aracelis if I was a U.S. citizen. Not once, but twice. Stop by 6-13-25-, 6-15-25 and now today 6-20-25 and ATM still out of order. ATM is always out of order here. Only 1 ATM. Don't understand why? There's all deposit lanes that i barely see people use. Don't understand why another ATM lane can't be added. So frustrating and inconvenient, not first time I left review. Also my review was deleted last time
Horrible service, they don't answer the phone they always have long lines and they don't adjust their staffing to help alleviate the problem.
