This branch is horrible with customer service. We had some issues with our info, they told us we only needed a form to correct it. We come back with the form and they say oh u need the form plus this other stuff. Like what, it was the manager who told us we just needed the form. The banker Denise Perez had no clue on how to help, she told us to call the number on the card and they can help, we did and the operator told us it's the branch that has all the info and the ones who can update our profile. The banker sucks they don't help for nothing they even question how i got my driver license, but to put other people information in my account they don't ask more proof.
Customer service has been really disappointing. Went to the bank multiple times and they keep telling us they fixed my sons account so he could see if online. It is not fixed and they were zero help. Online support was terrible as well. My son dropped below his balance and was charged service fees. He couldn’t see his accounts online and It is his first account. He didn’t understand the min balance. I called and asked what it was and if they could refund fees. They did one fee but not any others. I asked if we should just cl... read more
