The tellers at this location are very nice and professional. As I walk up to the drive through speaker they greeted me right away and assisted me with care. It was not too busy so I was in and out in no time. This is one of my favorite Chase branch locations in Illinois. Overall experience was great with no problems or complaints at all.
Can’t even have anyone answering the phone!!! Chase sucks these days. Their parking lot is in disarray and they don’t even have someone answering a phone to provide customer support.
Terrible level of service. 12:30 pm, only 2 open teller windows, both completely absorbed with something else (front teller with a customer, and she didn't bother telling me there was a teller in back until I'd been standing there for 5 min). The teller in back was on a phone call that had no end in sight. I had other errands to run before 1 so I finally left. I'll never visit this branch again.
